In collaboration with the Baltimore Presbytery, FPC is hosting the Saturday, November 12 conference on race with special speakers Rev. Paul Roberts and Debra Mumford. Elder Helen Krone with the Lecture Committee is looking for volunteers to assist with this important day: office help, directions, speaker assistance, snacks and lunch and setup & cleanup. Bible Study: Now on Wednesdays
Starting September 28, Bible Study is on Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00 pm in the Courtyard (KC1a if raining). The preacher for the following Sunday will lead the study of the text for that Sunday’s worship. Weekly scripture is listed in the Sunday bulletin under "LOOKING AHEAD IN WORSHIP," by email from the Church Office or in the monthly newsletter under Worship.

In the Sanctuary at the regular worship times of 8:30 and 11:00 am, Rev. Hathaway will preach “Connecting the Dots of Life,” based on the scripture lesson, Luke 17:11-19; At the Chesapeake Bay Foundation beach, 6 Herndon Avenue, from 9:00-11:00 am, Rev. Shortlidge will lead an alternative, experiential worship. Perfect for families and the adventurous at heart. Come dressed for canoeing, beach combing, and honoring God’s good creation. Rain or shine. Instead of 9:30 Education Hour in the classrooms, children and youth are invited to join us at CBF beginning at 9:00 am.

A service of prayer, scripture and chant. Co-hosted by First Presbyterian and St. Mary’s Parish. Services are held monthly from 7:30-8:20 pm on a rotating location basis either in the Sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church or at St. John Neumann’s Church on Bestgate Road.
